Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery is via The Courier Guy. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination. Customers will receive tracking information where available. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

11.4 Returns & Refunds Policy

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Kleana within 7 days of delivery at sales@kleana.co.za or 078 585 8095. Eligible items may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Opened or used products may not qualify for return unless defective.
